Importance of water Water is an essential part of our lives and it is one of the basic elements required for human survival.   It is essential to life and we cannot live more than a few days without water Each day humans must consume a certain amount of water to survive. Of course, this varies according to age and gender, and also by where someone lives. Generally,  an adult male needs about 3 liters (3.2 quarts) per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters (2.3 quarts) per day. All of the water a person needs does not have to come from drinking liquids   some of this water is contained in the food we eat.                                                                                                                                         The Japanese Water Therapy   when you wake up in the morning, drink four to six glasses of water, each of 160-200ml, on an empty stomach. Water should be not so warm nor could. You can also squeeze some fresh lemon juice in it.

  Yoga  is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient india The beginnings of Yoga were developed by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India over 5,000 years ago. The word yoga was first mentioned in the oldest sacred texts, the Rig Veda. The Vedas were a collection . Yoga was slowly refined and developed by the Brahmans and Rishis (mystic seers) who documented their practices and beliefs in the Upanishads, a huge work containing over 200 scriptures. Modern Period In the late 1800s and early 1900s, yoga masters began to travel to the West, attracting attention and followers. . In the 1920s and 30s, Hatha Yoga was strongly promoted in India with the work of T. Krishnamacharya, Swami Sivananda and other yogis practicing Hatha Yoga.
